How to convert a Wise statement to Excel
First download a PDF or CSV statement per currency balance from the Wise app or website. Wise already gives me CSV — why would I use ParseForMe?
If Wise’s CSV covers your need, use it. ParseForMe helps when you only have a PDF statement, need several currency statements in one consistent layout, or are combining Wise records with statements from other banks.
My bank lets me download CSV — do I still need this?
If your bank gives you clean CSV, use it. ParseForMe is for the common case where you only have a PDF: older or closed-account statements, foreign-currency accounts, or a PDF a client or accountant sent you.
Can ParseForMe read a scanned or photographed Wise statement?
Yes. Alongside downloaded PDFs it handles scans and phone photos (PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP) up to 20 MB.
Is my Wise statement handled securely?
Documents are processed for parsing only, and raw uploads are deleted after ingest. Your parsed transactions stay in your workspace for you to review and export.
