From any document to data you can actually use.

Turn messy paperwork into clean, ready-to-use data in minutes — no retyping, no complicated setup, no parsing rules to build.

App features

From a pile of paperwork to a finished spreadsheet, in four steps

See how the app handles each step for you.

Upload your documents

Bulk upload, live progressDrop a whole folder at once — PDFs, scans and phone photos together. Every file gets its own live row, and the upload is one page you can watch finish. How it works

Rows read Waiting to start, Parsing…, Done or Needs review as they change, and the tab title keeps count — "(7/10)" — so a background tab still tells you where it is.

Automatic type detectionNo parser to choose. Each file is classified on arrival and read against the extraction schema built for that document type. How it works

A bank statement returns transactions, an invoice returns line items, a resume returns candidate fields — from the same mixed drop.

Automatic file cleaningEvery upload is sanitised and regenerated at ingest, and the original file is deleted seconds later. How it works

Only the regenerated artefact is stored, so embedded scripts and macros do not survive the trip. It is a storage decision and a safety one at the same time.

Check the extracted data

Evidence for every valuePress a value and the spot it was read from lights up on the page, with the OCR confidence and the checks it passed. Anything uncertain is flagged instead of slipping into your spreadsheet. How it works

Scores are per value, built from the OCR’s own word confidence plus checks such as real dates, totals that add up and IBAN check digits. A value the page never printed is marked “not found” instead of being given a number.

Side-by-side reviewThe source page sits beside the extracted fields, and a short “Needs you” list names only the values worth a look — J and K move through it.How it works

Corrections are appended, never overwritten — the original machine read stays intact, and your edit is what flows through to export.

Typed records and duplicatesParsed documents become records — vendors, invoices with their line items, receipts, candidates — and an invoice that arrives twice is flagged as a duplicate. How it works

Dates, amounts, currencies, phone numbers and tax ids are normalised by code, not by a model, and every value keeps a link to the page it came from.

Export to your spreadsheet

Custom column mappingMap your own spreadsheet columns to the extracted fields once. Every future document of that type lands in that exact layout. How it works

Upload a sample sheet and the columns are matched to fields automatically; you correct what it got wrong, then save it as a reusable template. Change the template later and the stored data is re-mapped — nothing is read again.

One workbook, mixed typesExport one document or a whole upload. Mixed types come out as one workbook — a Summary sheet of every document plus a sheet per type — and line items expand to one row each. How it works

Exporting again, in any layout or template, is free: the parsed data is stored, so a new layout re-maps it instead of re-reading the pages. Downloads are XLSX or CSV, or straight into Google Sheets; JSON comes through the API.

Ready-made templatesPre-built spreadsheet layouts for common jobs — download one, use it as the shape of your export, then bend it to your process. How it works

Useful when you do not have a sheet of your own yet. Every template is a real file you can open and edit before you parse anything.

Manage your team and data

Shared workspacesInvite your team as owner, admin or member, and switch between workspaces from the header. Invites are copy-link, so nobody waits on an email. How it works

Roles decide who can touch billing, members and templates — a member can parse and export without being able to spend tokens on new packs.

Workspace data isolationEach workspace is walled off at the database level, not by a filter the application has to remember to apply. How it works

Isolation is enforced by row-level security on every table and covered by tests that try to read across the boundary and must fail.

Retention controlsSet how long parsed documents are kept before they purge themselves, or erase a workspace and everything in it on demand. How it works

Retention runs on a schedule, so old documents do not linger past the window you chose even if nobody remembers to clear them.

Small business & freelance

The admin nobody hired for: invoices in, receipts logged, statements reconciled, in an evening rather than a weekend.

Frequently asked questions

No. Upload the document and its type is detected for you, then read against the schema built for that type. There are no rules to draw and no template to configure before your first parse — templates here only shape how the data comes OUT, not how it is read.
