Document parsing for recruitment and HR
A role attracts fifty CVs in forty formats, and someone has to flatten them into a shortlist. ParseForMe reads each one into the same structured shape — contact details, work history, education and skills — so comparing candidates is a sort rather than a read, and the export lands in the columns your tracker already expects.

Where the time goes
Where the hours go in Recruitment & HR
Screening means opening every resume to find the same handful of facts. ParseForMe returns contact details, work history, education and skills in the same shape for every candidate — so a role becomes a table you sort and filter instead of a folder you open one file at a time.
How resume parsing worksVerifying a payroll run or an employee’s earnings means reading slips that differ by employer and by month. ParseForMe returns gross, deductions and net for each one as rows — so a run is checked as a column of figures rather than a stack of PDFs.

How it works
What the work looks like once it is automated
Drop the whole application batch
Every CV for a role in one go, PDFs and scans together, tracked as a single batch you can watch finish.
Review what the parser was unsure about
Layout-heavy CVs are where extraction gets hard, so low-confidence fields are flagged and shown beside the document rather than passed through quietly.
Export a shortlist-ready table
One row per candidate in your tracker’s column order — map it once and reuse it for every future role.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle CVs in unusual layouts — columns, sidebars, tables?
It reads the whole document rather than assuming a template, so multi-column and sidebar layouts do come back structured. They are also the layouts most likely to produce a low-confidence field, which is exactly what the review step is for.
Can I get the same columns every time?
Yes — that is what templates are for. Map your tracker’s columns to the extracted fields once and every future export uses that layout.
Are candidate CVs used to train anything?
No. Documents go to the OCR engine and nowhere else, the original upload is deleted at ingest, and retention is configurable.
