Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ParseForMe for using the service.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

ParseForMe ("ParseForMe", "we", "us") is a product of AutonomyXAI, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ParseForMe website, application, and API (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, uploading a document, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

ParseForMe extracts structured data from documents you upload: we run optical character recognition and document parsing, let you review and correct the result, and export it into spreadsheet formats you choose.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Automated extraction is not perfect — you are responsible for reviewing extracted data before you rely on it, and we do not warrant that any parse is complete or error-free.

3. Accounts & tokens

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Parsing is metered by the page — broadly, one page of a document uses one page of your allowance. You subscribe to a plan, billed monthly or yearly, which adds a page allowance to your balance each time it renews. Subscribers may also buy one-time page top-ups; topped-up pages are added to your balance and do not expire. New accounts may receive a limited number of free pages to try the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload documents you have the right to process. You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to break tenant isolation or access other customers’ data, probe or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset by scraping.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put it, or other customers, at risk.

5. Payment & billing

Payments are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: it processes payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the data we extract from them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process those documents to provide the Service to you.

We keep all rights to the Service itself — the software, interfaces, and branding. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParseForMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

On termination we delete your workspace data in the ordinary course (see the Privacy Policy). An unused balance may be refundable under the Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the competent courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

10. Contact
