Document parsing for property and lettings
Referencing a tenant or reconciling a landlord statement means reading a lot of pages to find a few numbers. ParseForMe turns bank statements and utility bills into structured rows, so income checks and rent reconciliation start from a table you can filter rather than a stack of PDFs.
Covers the 3 document types this trade actually runs on.
Where the time goes
Where the hours go in Property & lettings
Checking that an applicant can afford the rent means reading every page they send, often as photos taken on a phone. ParseForMe returns each transaction as a row with its date, description, amount and running balance — so income is something you sort and total rather than something you read.
How bank statement parsing worksSplitting utilities between units means pulling account numbers, billing periods, usage and amounts due out of layouts that change with every supplier. ParseForMe returns those fields as rows, with the meter reads and dates the split was based on sitting beside them.

How it works
What the work looks like once it is automated
Upload the applicant or property pack
Statements and bills together; each document is classified and read against the right schema.
Filter instead of reading
Transactions come back as rows, so a regular-income check is a sort and a filter rather than three months of page-turning.
Export to your referencing sheet
Your columns, your order — mapped once and reused for every future applicant.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can it read a photo of a statement rather than a PDF?
Yes. Photos and scans go through the same pipeline; a flat, well-lit photo reads best, and anything uncertain is flagged for you to check.
Does it decide whether an applicant qualifies?
No, and deliberately so. ParseForMe structures the document — the affordability judgement stays with you, made against data you can see and correct.
How long is applicant data kept?
As long as you choose. Retention is configurable, documents can be deleted on demand, and the original upload never survives ingest.
