Payslip parser — extract payroll data to a spreadsheet

Gross, deductions and net pay from every slip, as a payroll register you can total.

Returns 15 fields for this type, all editable before you export.

How it works

From a payslip to a spreadsheet, in three steps

Upload the payslips

A run of slips for one employee, or one period across a team. Payroll PDFs and scanned copies both read the same way.

Gross, deductions, net

Employer and employee details, pay period, gross pay, each earning and deduction line, tax and national insurance, and net pay come back as structured fields.

Into a payroll register

Review and export to Excel, CSV, JSON or Google Sheets — a register you can total, audit or hand to an accountant without re-keying a figure.

Extracted fields

Every field ParseForMe returns for this type

Straight from the extraction schema — what the parser fills in, not a wish list.

All solutions

Payslips are one document. Your business runs on many.

Every type below goes through the same upload, the same review step and the same export — and draws on the same token balance. Start with payslips today and add another next week; there are no parsing rules to rebuild when you do.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which payslip formats are supported?

PDF, DOCX and scanned or photographed payslips (PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP) up to 20 MB. Layouts differ by employer and country; the same fields are captured across them.

Does it split earnings and deductions?

Yes — each earning and each deduction is captured as its own line with a description and amount, alongside gross, net and year-to-date totals.

Is payslip data handled securely?

Documents are processed for parsing only and raw uploads are deleted after ingest. Parsed fields stay in your workspace for you to review and export.
