ParseForMe exports parsed data directly to Google Sheets. Connect your Google account once, then export to a brand-new sheet or append rows to an existing one. The connection uses a restricted permission, so ParseForMe only ever touches the sheets you create or point it at — not your whole Drive.
New sheet or append to an existing one
On export you can have ParseForMe create a fresh Google Sheet with your data, or append rows to a sheet you already use — you paste its link and the parsed rows are added. Either way the data lands in Google Sheets without a manual copy-paste.
A deliberately narrow Google permission
ParseForMe connects with Google’s restricted drive.file scope, which grants access only to files it creates or that you explicitly select. It cannot browse or read the rest of your Drive. Appending to an existing sheet works by pasting that sheet’s link — a privacy trade-off we chose on purpose.
How to connect Google Sheets
Open the export dialog, choose Google Sheets, and connect your Google account when prompted. After that, exporting to a new or existing sheet is a couple of clicks, and the connection is reused next time.

Can I export to both Excel and Google Sheets?
