Convert a Monzo statement to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets
ParseForMe converts a Monzo statement into a clean, structured spreadsheet. Upload the PDF — or a scan or photo — and it reads the account details, statement period, balances, and every transaction with its date, description, amount and running balance, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or QuickBooks.
Every field ParseForMe extracts
ParseForMe returns these fields for each document, each with a confidence score you can review and correct before exporting. The list comes straight from the extraction schema — it is exactly what the parser fills in.

How to convert a Monzo statement to Excel
First download a PDF statement from the Monzo app. Then upload the PDF to ParseForMe — it reads every transaction into a table, scores each field so you can review anything uncertain, and exports to Excel, CSV, Google Sheets or QuickBooks. There is nothing to install and no manual typing.
What ParseForMe reads from a Monzo statement
The account details and holder, the statement period, opening and closing balances, and one row per transaction — date, description, amount, debit or credit direction, running balance and a spending category. Every value carries a confidence score. The full field list is below.
Monzo statements and spreadsheets
Monzo is an app-based UK bank that provides PDF statements (and CSV exports) from the app. When you have a PDF statement — for a reference, a landlord or an accountant — ParseForMe converts it into structured transactions.
Start from a ready-made template
Download the matching spreadsheet template, then upload it as your export format — your parsed data fills the columns exactly where you want them, every time.

My bank lets me download CSV — do I still need this?
If your bank gives you clean CSV, use it. ParseForMe is for the common case where you only have a PDF: older or closed-account statements, foreign-currency accounts, or a PDF a client or accountant sent you.
Can ParseForMe read a scanned or photographed Monzo statement?
Yes. Alongside downloaded PDFs it handles scans and phone photos (PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP) up to 20 MB.
Is my Monzo statement handled securely?
Documents are processed for parsing only, and raw uploads are deleted after ingest. Your parsed transactions stay in your workspace for you to review and export.
