How do I use these templates?

Two ways, same file — by hand, or filled from your documents.

Pick a template

Browse by document type or industry. Every page lists the file’s exact column headers.

Download the Excel file

A real .xlsx with a frozen header row. Opens in Excel, Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers.

Or fill it automatically

Upload your documents and pick the template as your export format. Map once, reuse forever.

Templates by document type

How many layouts each document type can fill.

Templates by industry

The same layouts, grouped by who needs them.

Template questions

What the files are, and what they cost.

Are these spreadsheet templates really free?

Yes. Every template is a free .xlsx download and no account is needed to take one — no watermark, no row limit, no trial. You only need an account to have ParseForMe fill one from your documents.

What file format are the templates in?

All 25 are Excel workbooks (.xlsx) with one ready-to-use sheet and a frozen header row. They open in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc and Apple Numbers.

Can I change the columns in a template?

Yes — edit it however you like. Upload your edited version as your export template and ParseForMe maps the parsed fields onto your columns, keeping your formatting and formulas intact.

How do I fill a template automatically?

Upload your documents, then pick the template as your export format. The parsed data lands in its exact columns — one row per document, or one per transaction for bank statements. Map once; every later document reuses the layout.

Which documents can these templates be filled from?

Bank and credit card statements, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, shipping and delivery notes, resumes, payslips and utility statements. Each template is built for one of those, and its page names which one.

What if none of the templates match my spreadsheet?

Upload the sheet you already use instead. ParseForMe reads its header row and writes into that same workbook, so your existing formatting, formulas and named ranges survive the export.

Your own spreadsheet works too

Upload the sheet you already use and ParseForMe fills that one instead — formatting, formulas and all.
